Virtual Private Sessions
50 minutes of personalized instruction, custom strengthening based on your strengths and weaknesses. All two of my eyes are on YOU!
It will still be a flow but with a better understanding of the coordination, slow counts, long holds mixed with some light gossip and vacation rental recommendations.
REFORMER CLASSES
Circuit style training in the studio, rotating on the reformers and all the equipment in the room. Every class will keep you on your toes so no one is an expert and all levels are welcomed.

REFORMER PRIVATES/duets
Personalized instruction on the reformer, customized to meet you where you are and lead you to where you didn't know you could go. Really great if you're trying to rehab something specific, want to reach a goal faster, or just want a reason to workout with your friend every week.

After long weekends on the mountain trails, Mondays are usually recovery days, and my friend Celeste has been redefining for me what this means, i.e. kicking my ass with her pilates class! The sessions are for me a cross between what I aspire to do in yoga but lack the discipline and what I've invested dearly in with Physical Therapy. Functional strengthening, great for pre-empting injury and increasing core toughness for surf, running, futbol, climbing (or even those fortunate enough to still be slouching at a work desk during Covid). Mat, foam roller, light weights, resistance band are the only props necessary, and a wifi connect for zoom. Hope to 'see' you in class (though I'm remaining anonymous until I work out these muscle shakes).
